Construction Management at Risk New City Hall Stage 2

The sub trades that are bidding are concrete, masonry, structural steel, hand railings, millwork, waterproofing, insulation, air barriers, metal wall panels, roofing, fireproofing, joint sealants, doors, frames, and hardware, access doors, overhead coiling doors, detention doors, skylights, glass and glazing, gypboard and metal framing, tile, acoustical ceilings, flooring, painting, signage, specialties, appliances, fume hoods, roller shades, elevators, fire protection, earthwork, utilities, paving, fences and landscape. Mechanical and electrical are under design assist agreements. The Project consists of the demolition of all existing site elements and the construction of the new City Hall including landscaping and parking directly associated with the building. The design will be based on Project Definition Documents known as the Design Guidelines and Imperatives (DGL&I). The City has allocated $ 25,000,000 for the Fixed Limit of Construction Cost (FLCC) for this Project. The FLCC includes CMR fee, General Conditions, Construction and all other costs associated with completing the scope of Work.
