Scope of Work: 1. Demolition a. Remove walls, cabinets, counter tops, electrical and data as need for new office layout save counter tops and cabinets to be reused 2. Framing a. Metal stud walls per plan for new office layout b. Metal door frame to match existing doors frames and wood door to match exiting cherry wood doors 3. Electrical a. Install 120-volt outlets per plan b. Move and add lights for new layout c. Move and add data per plan d. Install 240-volt for point of use water heater 4. Plumbing a. Roof in sink i. Cut in drain on existing cast iron vent ii. Water line for sink and refrigerator b. Electric tankless water heater c. Drop in deep stainless-steel sink and high arc faucet 5. Drywall a. Install and repair drywall as needed-match existing finish 6. Painting a. Use existing colors with one accent wall 7. Drop celling a. Install and repair drop celling as needed i. County will supply ceiling tiles 8. Cabinets a. Move existing customer service counter and cabinets to new location b. Install cabinet per plan for new layout use existing cabinets if possible 9. Counter top a. Install counter top per plan-match existing counter top as close as possible 10. Finish carpentry a. Add Cherry wood door with stainless-steel hardware b. Add chair rail will match cabinets i. Chair rail will be in offices throughout the building-see plan for locations 11. Flooring a. Prep and level concrete for new flooring b. Install EVT Shaw contract Forged Concrete 03507 or equivalent.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
