Marietta Campus Recreation Center Renovation

The proposed renovation project will focus on approximately 16,500 square feet of existing Student Center, consisting of mechanical system improvements, infill of the existing pool, and creation of additional recreation space (weights, equipment), and a Campus Innovation Space to house an “e -sports” area. The e -sports area is envisioned as a destination space. The proposed renovated Recreation Center facilities, programs and services would serve as an institutional asset that elevates the overall student experience on the Marietta campus. The renovation of the Recreation Center would strengthen the Marietta campus community, leverage Sports & Recreation facilities as a recruiting tool, and would also minimize the perceived gap between the Kennesaw and Marietta campus student experience.

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
