55 Park Place 11th Floor Renovation for RCB

55 Park Place consists of approximately 530,000 gross square feet on 19 floors. Floors 11-19 have been allocated to the Robinson College of Business (RCB). This project will renovate the approximately 35,000 square foot eleventh floor for RCB. This follows the recent renovation of the twelfth floor for RCB known as the Delta Student Success Center. The eleventh floor will house classrooms, an accounting lab, breakout rooms, student study areas, offices for Graduate Recruiting and Student Services, a virtual classroom and offices for RCB Technology Services. This project will finish making the connection up to the twelfth floor via a new atrium stair which was completed as part of the recent twelfth floor renovation project

Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
