Project consists of the interior and exterior renovation of an existing apartment building. Envelope work includes roof replacement, masonry cleaning, and new composite panels. Doors and windows will be replaced. Interior renovation work also includes new finishes, casework, appliances, etc. Elevators to be modernized. MEP work consists of upgrades/modifications to existing systems, plus new fixtures and equipment. Existing fire sprinkler system will be modified to accommodate proposed ceilings. Site work includes regrading, repaving, landscape/hardscapes, and the addition of pergola, gazebo, dumpster enclosure, and monument sign. PLEASE NOTE: - This project is NOT tax exempt. - This project is NOT prevailing wage. - Certified Minority and Women Owned Business Enterprises are strongly encouraged to bid.
