Description

The Technical Services Field Office (TSFO) has expanded to encompass the Forensics and Identity Activities capabilities. The influx Identity Activities and Forensics personnel requires an increase in network connectivity (copper, fiber, and cable television) within the TSFO spaces in the Russell-Knox Building (RKB) on Marine Corps Base (MCB) Quantico, VA. The additional connectivity will need to be installed into Underfloor Cross Connects (UCCs) placed at Government designated locations and run under raised flooring utilizing existing cable tray to the nearest Intermediate Distribution Frame (IDF) approximately 150 feet away from the furthest UCC location. Cables will be fire-stopped where the path dictates. Labeling and numbering conventions will need to match the existing RKB infrastructure.
