Construction Management at Risk Services

Construction management at risk firms for the construction of Hollywood Blvd. Streetscape Project to be built in the City of Hollywood downtown within the boundaries of the CRA District. This project extends along Hollywood Blvd. from Young Circle to 21st Avenue, and from Harrison Street to Tyler Street including 19th, 20th, and 21st Avenues between Harrison and Tyler Street. The project consist but not limited to the following: roadway reconstruction, drainage, landscaping, irrigation, hardscape, streetscape, pavement marking, street lighting, street furniture, paver installation, and all other work related to a streetscape project. Attached is “Attachment A” which is the preliminary master plan for this project. Attachment A indicates some of the improvement elements. The respondent should incorporate this plan as part of its response to the RFQ. The selected construction management at risk firm may self-perform part of the work associated with the project.

Division 01 -	General Requirements, Vehicular Access and Parking, Traffic Control, Temporary Barriers and Enclosures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Erosion and Sedimentation Controls.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings, Irrigation, Planting Irrigation, Planting, Planting Preparation, Soil Preparation, Landscape Grading.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs, Storm Drainage Structures.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
