Description

The project is generally described as a streetscape project which includes but is not limited to: undergrounding of overhead utilities and streetscape beautification, new pedestrian lighting, new traffic signal, new landscape on sidewalk and medians and new sidewalks with decorative integrally colored concrete pavers. The project limits are from Sheridan Street as the northernmost boundary going south to Hollywood Boulevard along SR A1A. The Hollywood CRA partnered with FDOT over the past two years in utilizing FDOT’s dedicated RRR funding and CRA contribution, toward a reconstruction of the roadway/drainage and sidewalks; in anticipation of the CRA completing the undergrounding of overhead utilities and streetscape beautification project to be implemented under the scope of work of this herein CMAR contractor.
