Description

Remove and dispose of all filter media and gravel support layers in 22 filter cells at the City of Raleigh E. M. Johnson (EMJ) Water Treatment Plant. Install new porcelain spheres, support gravel and sand and anthracite filter media in the 22 filter cells. The qualifying firm shall assume full responsibility and accountability for all work in changing out the filter media in the filter line-up at EMJ water plant.
