Description

The Work comprises of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and services required for: The dredging of an estimated 257,000 CY of material from five (5) major sections of Newton Lake, two (2) ponds that are tributary to Newton Lake and Peter Creek open water areas, dewatering the material, hauling and disposal of dry dredged material to and NJDEP-approved location, dewatering and access site clearing, erosion and sediment control, mobilization of equipment, pre-and post-hydrographic surveys, removal of 10 disconnected concrete headwall structures, dewatering site and access site restoration, material testing for acceptance at final disposal.
