Description

The project includes site work for the renovation of a park facility with an existing playground. Components include a new fieldstone seat wall around the existing playground, installation of a City owned 12’ pavilion, minor grading and drainage, asphalt milling and overlay, an ADA accessible concrete sidewalk path and small plaza, a 4-board pasture fence with wire mesh, grubbing a large area of weedy undergrowth and new grass seed plantings.
