Colonial Hills Unity Park Phase 1 Renovations

Site work for the renovation of a park facility with a playground. Components include a 2,700 square foot (SF) playground renovation with surface replacement and new drainage, a granite veneer seat wall, concrete plaza, site furniture relocation and sidewalk paths including an ADA accessible route, and several poured in place concrete cheek walls with stairs. The geotechnical report included in this manual provides instruction on the remediation of an existing culvert stream crossing. This project is to include the work to remediate the culvert, reface it with a granite veneer and provide paving and handrail/guardrail on the surface. The Work Consists of: 1. Erosion Control 2.
