Description

The North Carolina Department of Public Safety (DPS), Division of Emergency Management (NCEM), Hazard Mitigation Office is seeking to qualify highly skilled Prime Contractors to perform, or cause to be performed: residential property acquisition, structure demolition and/or structure elevation projects located in floodplains across North Carolina. This work is to be completed through the NCEM Hazard Mitigation program and includes, but is not limited to, project scoping, pre-construction services, construction/demolition activities, postconstruction services and closeout services of eligible structures.
