Western Sussex Transmission Facilities: Route 13 Force Main Project

The work detailed in the Western Sussex Transmission Facilities: Contract 1: Route 13 Force Main contract drawings consists of furnishing and installing approximately 10,800 lineal feet of open cut 10" C900 PVC force main, 180 lineal feet of open cut 10" C900 PVC pipe in 16" steel casing pipe force main, 590 lineal feet of directionally drilled 10” HDPE DR-9 force main, 310 lineal feet of 10" C900 PVC pipe in 16" jack and bore steel casing, 220 lineal feet of 16" jack & bore steel casing, 5 air release valve manholes including covers and frames, and replacement, removal, and reinstallation of approximately 240 lineal concrete curb, approx.12,350 square yards of Type C paving restoration, approx. 5350 square yards of Type B paving restoration, replacement of 6750 linear feet of edgeline rumble strip replacement, 2 secondary road crossing pavement restorations at Cannon Road and Elks Road intersection with Route 13. There is also an add alternate of 10,800 lineal feet of Ductile Iron force main, in lieu of PVC force main, and 1580 lineal feet of directional drilled 10' HDPE force main. The work consists of the furnishing of all labor, materials, transportation, tools, supplies and equipment necessary for a pipeline installation and surface restoration.
