Tull Drive Extension

1.The project will require the area to be grubbed and the topsoil removed down to the rough grade sufficient enough for the proposed addition of GABC and the asphalt installations so that the final elevations match sheet C1.1 of the Plan. 2.The project will require a six (6) inch SDR35 sewer main to be core bored into the manhole and run approximately ninety-five (95) feet with a terminal cleanout installed at the end. 3.The project will require a six (6) inch SDR35 sewer lateral to be core bored into the manhole and run past the backside of the new sidewalk where a cleanout and plug will be installed for future use. 4.The project will require a twelve (12) inch ADS-N12 stormwater pipe to be core bored into the manhole and run past the backside of the new sidewalk. Provide culvert inlet protection, and grade temporary swale along backside of sidewalk. 5.The eight (8) inch DelDOT Type B graded aggregate base course (GABC) shall be placed, proof rolled, and compacted to 95% of ASTM D1557. A compaction test shall be performed as part of this contract. 6.The project requires new C-1 Integral P.C.C. 3-6 curb and gutter will be placed.
