Country Club Sidewalks Project

This project includes the construction of approximately 3,800 feet of sidewalk along Country Club Road, Melbourne Avenue, and Edgewood Drive. Construction will also include installation of curb ramps, detectable warning surfaces, driveway reconstruction, Type-F curb and gutter, valley gutter, pedestrian railing, guardrail pipe railing, minor milling and resurfacing, minor pavement widening, pavement overbuild, construction of closed flume inlets, signing and pavement markings, and installation of electronic speed feedback signs on Edgewood Drive. An alternate bid item for 6-inch concrete sidewalk has been included. All sidewalks and pedestrian facilities shall adhere to current ADA standards. All improvements under this contact shall be constructed within the limits of the existing rights-of-way.
