Construct pedestrian and bicycle access and trail head improvements along the Pinellas Trail West Bay Drive Community Redevelopment District (WBD-CRD) at West Bay Drive, Largo The project limits include areas adjacent to the trail from Pine Visfa Drive to Washington Avenue SW The main objectives of the trail improvements are to: Enhance the overall aesthetics of the Trail and surrounding amenities. Enhance mobility, access and connectivity. Leverage the proximity of Downtown Largo with the Pinellas Trail overpass. Promote area-wide connectivity and economic development. Correct current deficiencies in multi-modal connections. Provide opportunities for education and information. The following is a list of the new trail connections: Washington Avenue East Connection. 2nd Avenue SW West Connection. 1st Avenue NW East Connection. Pine Vista Drive West Connection. 2nd Avenue NW East Connection.
