| Description | The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools and equipment to complete once-a-month parking lot sweeping to include blowing out all corner areas, and cleaning along all curb and gutter areas. Removal and disposal of sand and debris shall also be included. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, materials, tools and equipment to perform garage scrubbing (power washing) on an annual basis and shall reclaim the water that is used. |
