ADA Accessible Restroom at Coleman Park

Construct an ADA accessible restroom at Coleman Park located at 200 E. Blue Springs Avenue, Orange City, directly across the street from Mill Lake Park. The Contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision and incidentals necessary to furnish and construct an ADA accessible restroom at Coleman Park. The project shall include, but is not limited to the purchase, delivery and installation of a pre-manufactured ADA accessible restroom unit or concrete masonry unit on a slab foundation. This will be considered a “Turn-Key” project and Contractor will be responsible for all permitting, engineering, site preparation, plumbing and electrical connections and connection to the City’s sewer system.
