Estimated Completion Date on 10/18/2025 Estimated Range for Information Purpose Only Range between $20,000,001 to $50,000,000 DBE Goals for this Project 15% Contractors Prequalified in One of These Work Types Are Eligible to Bid This Project: 3, 3a, or 5 Pursuant to N.j.s.a. 34:11-56.35(D), if the Commissioner of the Department of Labor and Workforce Development (Lwd Commissioner) Makes an Initial Determination That an Employer Has Violated the Provisions of P.l.1963, C.150 (C.34:11-56.25 Et Seq.) by Paying Wages at Rates Less Than the Rates Applicable Under That Act, the Lwd Commissioner May Immediately Issue a Stop-work Order to Cease All Business Operations at Every Site Where the Violation Has Occurred, and May Assess a Civil Penalty of $5,000 Per Day Against the Employer for Each Day It Conducts Business Operations in Violation of the Stop-work Order. Minimum Wage Rates for This Project Shall Be as Specified in the "Prevailing Wage Determination of the New Jersey Department of Labor and Workforce Development" on File With This Department. The Attention of Bidders Is Directed to the Provisions Covering Subletting or Assigning the Contract to Section 108-prosecution and Completion of the New Jersey Department of Transportation Standard Specifications. The Entire Work Is to Be Completed on or Before the Estimated Completion Date.
