The project is located on 400 acres the north side of the side approximately 0.60 miles west of Highway 301. As of March 8, 2023, the project is in planning stage and is seeking approvals from Prince George's County. Information regarding the architect, general contractor and method of selection has not been disclosed. The construction timeline has not been determined.
