Contractor will be responsible for providing all labor, tools, equipment, security, services, water, light, heat, power, transportation, and supervision necessary for the satisfactory performance of the work subject to this IFB. 2.1 The attached scope of work located in the project manual gives a description and technical specifications for the Westgate Garden Apartment Renovations.
