Cedarcreek Elementary School CDP Playground and Parking Lot Paving

The Project includes, without limitation, furnishing all necessary labor, materials, equipment and other incidental and appurtenant work necessary to satisfactorily complete the Work as more specifically described in the Contract Documents. The work will be performed in strict conformance with the Contract Documents, permits from regulatory agencies with jurisdiction and applicable regulations, and includes construction for site improvements, including but not limited to the following: * Remove existing, grade and replace site paving located in the existing Child Care Parking Lot B (footprint of lot increases slightly) * Restripe parking area for stalls, traffic and accessibility requirements * New vehicle wheel stops and site signage * Refurbish (patch & seal) existing Child Care playground area * Restripe play area * Remove and install site fencing. Replace maintenance, access and security gates * Gates G3 & G4 are OFOI * Project does not include offsite work * Coordinate replacement of OFVI play equipment and play surfacing with Owners Vendor * Existing perimeter zero curbing to remain * Refer to SGH drawings for complete information.
