Construction of the Dry Valley Storage Tank

Constructing a new 70,000-gallon water storage tank on a property along Shuler Road, near Townsend, Tennessee in Blount County. Included in the project scope is all related site work including, but not limited to: grading and drainage, erosion and sedimentation control, tree and stump removal and clearing, log transport, gravel access drive placement, new security fence and gate, waterline extension and tie-in, and all electrical and communication line installation necessary to commission the tank into service. Modifications to the Dry Valley Booster Pump Station SCADA system, as described in Division 17 specifications, is also part of this contract. Project site is on the east side of Shuler Road, near Townsend in Blount County. Site is approximately 2,000 feet south from the intersection with School House Gap Road.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Clearing and Grubbing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Fences and Gates.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities.
