Quartz Neighborhood Park PK2001

The project includes 6.4 acres of new park development including a parking lot, pedestrian paving, a restroom structure, a pavilion structure, a games area for bocce ball and horseshoes, new landscape planting, playground areas, skate dots, and right-of-way enhancements. Work will include excavation and fill, concrete curb and flatwork, asphalt parking and pathways, storm drainage control, electrical servicing and lighting, plumbing, and structural components.
