| Description | The Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Contractor to perform construction services for the creation of an artificial reef. The Contractor shall be responsible for the loading and trucking of donated concrete, loading barge, offshore transportation, and the deployment of at least 1,000 tons of clean concrete to Chris Koepfer's ARC permitted artificial reef site. There will be no Pre-Bid Conference for this solicitation.
