| Description | Included will be the removal existing trees and stormwater pipe, the installation of stormwater pipe and associated structures, erosion and sediment control, landscape restoration, trail installation and grading, and all associated work. 1. The Base Bid includes the following items, all labor, equipment and materials to perform the items complete: a. Perform construction stakeout survey. b. Install all required Erosion and Sedimentation Controls. c. Remove designated trees. d. Install stormwater pipes and associated structures as shown on the Contract Documents. e. Grade and install mulch trail as shown on the Contract Documents. f. Plant new trees and install landscape restoration, including establishment period maintenance and watering, and planting soils. g. Grade and restore site as shown on the Contract Documents. |
