Description

Proposals shall include CM services for Multiple County Projects that are already in the design phase, Projects included in this RFP are as follows: 1. Boyd County Animal Shelter – A new 3,300 Sq Ft CMU facility to be located just off Summit Road near the Boyd County Middle School. 2. Boyd County Farmer’s Market – A new 4,700 Sq Ft Structural Steel Building to be located at 10699 US Route 60, Ashland, KY 41102, near the Rural King building on the Camp Landing Property. 3. Boyd County Convention Center – Renovation of the existing 75,000 Sq Ft department store (former Sears) into a new Convention Center. 4. Boyd County Sports Complex – A new 100,000 Sq Ft Air Supported structure located at 10699 US Route 60, Ashland, KY 41102, on the back side of the Camp Landing property. This project also includes a 20,000 Sq Ft interior renovation of the adjacent building into Locker Rooms, Restrooms, Meeting Spaces, and Entrance into the new Sports Complex. 5. Boyd County Road Department Building – Interior renovation of approximately 4,000 Sq Ft of the existing Boyd County Road Department Building, located at 12327 Anthony Drive (CR-1347), Ashland, KY 41102.
