Description

The project consists of scope to replace heating, ventilation, air conditioning components and roof, specifically: replace exhaust fans, controls, low slope membrane roof system, air handling units, constant volume air handling units serving the gymnasium, ductwork installation where damaged at dampers and cooling towers and associated pumps, boilers and associated pumps. Work also includes refurbishing some pumps, miscellaneous work as outlined in assessment, air vents on chilled/heating water piping, ductwork cleaning, chilled/heating/condenser water filtration, main shutoff valves for chilled/heating water systems and piping inspection and testing
