| Description | The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to acquire the services of an experienced and qualified Vendor(s) to provide, install, configure, and warranty new Interactive LED Display Panels at 4 of our schools for a total of 183 Interactive LED Display Panels with optional teacher audio/voice amplification. The selected offeror is responsible for insuring that the solution delivered is completely operational per BCS specifications prior to sign off. The system is to include the following: 1.Interactive LED Display Panel 2.Intel Core i5 Windows 10 PC 3.Audio/Voice Amplification (option) 4.Installation 5.Removal of existing SMARTBoard 680 interactive panels 6.Removal of existing projector mounts and Vivitek Projectors 7.Asset Tag Labeling & spreadsheet (provided by the district) 8.Equipment Testing 9.Warranty Services 10.Training Services There are 9 Elementary Schools, 3 Middle Schools, 2 High Schools, 1 Middle High School and 3 administrative facilities. |
