This new 10,000 square feet building will house the Stone County Health Department. The building will include of 3 departments, WIC, Clinical, and Environmental Water lab. In additional to the three departments there will be a community room with a warming kitchen and a 1,000 S.F. garage space. Trades and systems include wood stud walls, CMU walls, substantial earth work, wall and roof system, miscellaneous masonry, concrete, aluminum storefront and entrances, ceilings, and interior finish work, electrical, mechanical, plumbing. The project is in Stone County, Missouri. Missouri Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to the work.
