Uptown Lofts Part Two / Kansas City

As of August 4, 2022, plans for this project have been approved by the city. No trades have been awarded yet. Submissions were made to the City regarding the MBE/WBE percentages of total contract budget and those reviews are still underway. Construction is anticipated to begin in the late fall of 2022. Initially, the scope of this project was going to be construction of a 95 to 120-room hotel. The scope has changed and now it will be construction of a five story apartment building.
