The site development has already bid and will not be part of this pricing exercise. Message from Rycon Construction: Message: This is the construction of a new ground up 115,125 sq./ft. Uhaul Self Storage Facility. The building itself consists of three stories with storage lockers on all floors. The earthwork, grading, & utility work will be completed under a separate contract. The general contractor will be responsible for Building Pad Surveying, Fencing & Gates, Pole Bases, Transformer Pads, Loading Docks, Site Lighting, etc. The scope includes but is not limited to: Concrete, Steel, CMU, Exterior Cladding, Canopies, Roof Purlins, & MEP's.
