| Description | Provide all required engineering, supervision, labor, equipment, materials, tools, and any other necessary components to modernize the two (2) traction elevators at the UTRGV Edinburg Campus Library located at 1201 West University, Highway 107 in Edinburg, Texas. The scope of work shall include replacement of controls, speed governors, door operators, hoistway interlocks and other door components, fixtures, and interim maintenance to the group. Cost for Modernization will include proper disposal of any materials and One (1) Year of warranty and monthly service to each unit Elevator. |
