Physical Needs Assessment/Green Physical Needs Assessment

The assessment services will include identifying all major site, exterior, interior, roofing, fire/life safety, heating, ventilation and air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, conveyance systems, special construction, ADA systems and components, current deficiencies, recommending prioritization of all deficiency corrections by year, estimating costs of corrections, and forecasting capital renewal costs and shortfalls by property. The PNA will allow CHA to manage its capital needs, deferred maintenance, and future capital budgetary requirements.
