Pole Barn Project

As of November 9, 2022 project is in the rebidding process This is a request for bids to install six (6) Pole Barns to the City of Callaway. One (1) at 324 S. Berthe and five (5) at 500 Callaway Park Way, Callaway, FL 32404. Vendor will provide all kits, pick up and deliver all materials associated with the project, however, the City of Callaway will purchase kit materials directly, tax free. All questions pertaining to the terms and conditions of the scope of work of this Bid/Proposal must be submitted in writing via email or fax to the City Clerk as shown below: Janice L. In accordance with Florida Statutes 287.057(23), "Respondents to this solicitation or persons acting on their behalf may not contact, between the release of the solicitation and the end of the 72-hour period following the agency posting the notice of intended award, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and state holidays, any employee or officer of the executive or legislative branch concerning any aspect of this solicitation, except in writing to the procurement officer or as provided in the solicitation documents. Violation of this provision may be grounds for rejecting a response." Questions must be submitted as referenced above. All questions must be received at least five (5) calendar days prior to the scheduled opening of Bids/Proposals. Any interpretation of the Bid/Proposal terms, conditions, and/or specification, if made, will be only by Addendum issued by the City Clerk. PBR roofmetal (galvalume) Copper Colored Metallic o Permits and architectural drawings The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in the Bids/Proposals and to re-advertise for Bids/Proposals. The City also reserves the right to separately accept or reject any item or items of a Bid/Proposal and to award and/or negotiate a contract in the best interest of the City. As per Janice Peters, this project has rejected all bids. Plans in //the future for this project to be resolicited are currently unknown. (As of 12/20/2022).
