Turnkey Classroom Building

1. Provisions shall be made for any site preparation as deemed necessary. Clear access to the building site for staging of materials and delivery of the classroom will be provided. 2. Provisions shall be made for a fire detection system as required by code. 3. HVAC system shall be supplied and installed along with necessary ductwork. 4. All landings, walkways, stairs, exits, and ramps shall be ADA compliant. 5. Electrical connections and low voltage cabling (Cat 6e and coax cabling) shall be included. These connections consist of but are not limited to data drops, outlets, and HDMI outlets. Installation of all components must conform to industry standards. 6. Classroom shall include a small closet or room (5x8 or 4x4) to house a small server rack. 7. Classroom shall have two doors and a minimum of 2 windows. 8.
