Tree Island Park - Phase 1 Park Development

This project includes but is not limited to; Earthwork including Site Clearing & Grubbing, De-mucking of on-site and off-site all areas were scope of work takes place which include under all right of way improvements shown, Demolition, Site Filling, Water and Sewer installations, finish work of the Tree Island Park Phase 1 Development including off-site construction of parking spaces, sidewalks, curb and gutter, striping, signage along SW 10th Street extending to SW 149th Avenue, New Pedestrian Cross Walk Signalization Systems at the South & West sides of the intersection of S.W. 147 Ave. and S.W. 10th Street, on-site construction of a restroom building, dog park, playground, fitness area, two (2) Shelters, dumpster enclosure, connecting lighted walkways and lighted parking lot.

Division 11 -	Equipment, Play Field Equipment and Structures, Playground Equipment, Play Structures.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
