Mirror Lake Drive Sidewalk, Drainage & Pavement Improvements

1. Perform demolition/removal of existing improvements as required. 2. Install/Reconstruct Six (6) catch basins drainage structures. 3. Install approximately 1,100 LF of 4” underdrain. 4. Install approximately 140 LF of storm drain piping. 5. Install 4,040 LF of granite curbing. 6. Install 3,950 LF of concrete curbing by slipform method. 7. Install 24,300 SF of sidewalk paving providing the following alternatives: • Base Bid – Paving with Interlocking Concrete Pavers • Alternative A – Paving with Concrete Paving • Alternative B – Paving with Colored Stamped Paving 8. Install 80 LF of stone lined ditch. 9. Reconstruct 365 LF of existing road pavement. 10. Restore pavement along new curb line, mill and install top course pavement for 4,040 LF of Mirror Lake Drive.
