| Description | The selected Construction Manager will be responsible for Preconstruction and Construction Services for the Rowen Phase 1 infrastructure. The scope of work will include the proposed roadway network, hardscape and landscape, site furniture, water and sewer mains and storm water management elements. The scope will be described in signed and sealed construction documents to be developed by the Kimley Horn design team. The selected Construction Manager is scheduled to be under contract at the mid-point of the Schematic Design phase to start providing Preconstruction Services. |
