Description

Annual Contract to Furnish and Deliver Bulk Lubricants for use by the Public Works Department, Vehicle Maintenance Division. The City of Lake Charles reserves the right to accept or reject any and all of the bids and to waive formalities and technicalities. In the event any two or more of the bids submitted are equal, the City in its discretion may select the party to whom the contract shall be granted. The City of Lake Charles fully complies with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and related statutes and regulations in all programs and activities.
