Clark Street Streetscape - Devon Avenue to Arthur Avenue

On N Clark St From W Devon Ave To W Arthur Ave. The "Work" for which proposals are invited consist of streetscape improvements. This includes but is not limited to sidewalk, driveway, and curb & gutter removal and replacement, bituminous surface removal and replacement, pavement removal, placement of concrete bus pads, placement of pavement markings, removal of concrete median, installation of new raised planted median, fabrication and installation of light pole banners, fabrication and installation of gateway elements, installation of trees and tree grates, installation of paver-on-slab system, adjustment of catch basins/manholes/inlets, installation of new catch basins/manholes/inlets, adjustment of utility services as required, installation of soils and plant materials, furnish and install street furniture (parkway trash receptacles, benches, and bicycle racks), relocation/replacement of street signs, retiming of traffic signals, removal of existing traffic signals, installation of new traffic signals, removal of existing street lights, installation of new street lights and electrical service, installation of lit bollards, removal of trees, removal and replacement of plaza lighting/hardscape and flag poles, and replacement of irrigation system, as described in the detail specifications, including all appurtenant work and accessories, to the complete satisfaction of, approval and acceptance by the City.
