Description

To provide architectural and/or engineering services under an open-ended agreement for various projects at the campuses in Selma and Demopolis. The term of the agreement will be for 2 years. The scope of work shall include but shall not be limited to architectural and/or engineering services to support construction, renovation, additions, and repairs at WCCS owned facilities and sites. The scope of individual projects will range from below $50,000.00 up to $2,000,000.00. The total value of construction work to be executed under this agreement is not expected to exceed $2,000,000.00. Any project with a construction value of $500,000.00 or more must be approved by the ACCS Board of Trustees. The services will be compensated using the Alabama Division of Construction Management’s fee schedule.
