Description	The scope of the project is the rehabilitation of existing South Apron Rehabilitation - Phase II. The project includes pavement rubblization, pavement milling, bituminous pavement, pre-paving preparation, pavement marking, and other miscellaneous items necessary to complete construction. Security in the form of a bid bond equal to five percent (5%) of each bid is required. Contract security in the form of 100 percent (100%) Performance and Payment Bonds will be required. No bid may be withdrawn after closing time for the receipt of proposals for a period of one-hundred twenty (120) calendar days. The City of Danville reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in or reject any or all quotes and to award or refrain from awarding the contract for the work, whichever is deemed to be in the Owner's best interest.
