Nautical Parking Lot Improvements

The City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida (City) is seeking bids from qualified bidders, hereinafter referred to as the Contractor, to provide construction services for the City's Public Works Department, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). The project is located at Nautical Parking Lot at 985 SE 4th St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301. The work to be accomplished under this contract includes, but is not limited to, installation of an estimated, 2,600 square yards of Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Super pave 9.5 asphalt, thermoplastic pavement marking, milling, wheel stop replacement, and levelling of existing asphalt pavement, landscape improvements, irrigation and other items quantified in the proposal pages of this ITB. The Work shall be Substantially Completed within ONE HUNDRED TWENTY (120) calendar days
