Sealcoating

The purpose of this request is to establish pricing for crack sealing, providing two (2) sealcoating applications for parking lots at the District 2 Fulton, Lucas and Williams County facilities and alternate pricing for restriping the parking lot at the District 2 Lucas County facility in accordance with the specifications and ODOTs standard terms and conditions contained herein. Vendor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, and incidental items necessary to perform the requested services Service Locations Fulton County Full Service Facility 8878 State Route 108 Wauseon, OH 43567 Lucas County Full Service Facility 4080 Technology Drive Maumee, OH 43537 Williams County Full Service Facility 1825 Magda Drive Montpelier, OH 43543 Contract shall be a one (1) time award for the services requested. All sealcoating services shall be completed not later than May 31, 2023 Award Award of the Invitation will be by individual site to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on the lump sum for all services requested at each separate site. Line painting at the Lucas County facility is alternate and may or may not be awarded depending on available budget. Sealcoating material shall be selected from standard manufacturers whose materials are generally accepted within the sealcoating industry. Manufacturer specifications for actual product to be used shall be submitted with each bid Any water used for mixing shall be clean and potable and shall be added in the minimum quantity sufficient for good application consistency, but not to exceed manufacturers specifications.
