| Description | The work consists of the following but is not limited to removal and replacement the existing roofing assemblies at Locations 1, 2, and 3 with new hot rubberized-asphalt roofing in accordance with the Plans and Specifications. The work will include removal, storage and replacement of or removal and disposal of the existing overburden assemblies as noted on the plans, removal of base-of-wall brick masonry and metal panel cladding and associated flashings to facilitate installation of new base-of-wall flashings and to tie the new roofing into the existing wall air/water barrier at each location, installation of a new concrete overlay and concrete curb at Location 2, and all other work. |
