Description	Professional technical services for the feasibility study, master planning, design, permitting, bidding and construction administration services for a new Fire Training Center on behalf of the Raleigh Fire Department (RFD). This project will be phased. The first phase is anticipated to include a feasibility study and master planning for a fire training facility, with special focus on planning for the implementation of the emergency vehicle driver training pad. Design and construction of the full build out of the training facility will be phased and the City reserves the right to award future phase design services, off this selection, or not, at its sole discretion.
