Description | The City of Concord, New Hampshire wishes to engage the services of a qualified design team led to provide the City with design, permitting, and construction administration services for a new Clubhouse, parking lot, and related facilities for the Beaver Meadow Golf Course located at 1 Beaver Meadow Drive, Concord, New Hampshire 03301. In addition to this project, the City reserves the right to directly engage the selected Design Team, or individual members thereof, on an "on call basis" for future City projects for a period of up to five (5) years after the date of execution of the contract for this Project, whenever the City solely determines that such an arrangement would be in its best interests to do so. Although the City reserves this right, the City shall have no obligation to enter into contracts with the Design Team, or individual members thereof, for future City projects. All qualification statements received will be considered confidential and not available for public review until after a design team has been selected and a contract has been executed by the City and the selected consultant. The City reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications and Experience, or any part thereof; to waive any formality, informality, information and/or errors in the statement; to accept the statement considered to be in the best interest of the City; or to purchase on the open market if it is considered in the best interest of the City to do so. Failure to submit all information as detailed on the Qualification Submission Checklist and/or submission of an incomplete or inaccurate qualification statement are sufficient reasons to declare a statement as non-responsive and subject to disqualification.
