Description

The project will design and construction of a Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility (TEMF) inclusive of buildings 26027 (Vehicle Maintenance Shop); 26020 (Dispatch Building), 26021(Organizational Storage Building); 26022 (Oil Storage Building); 26023 (Water Support / Tractor Building); 26024, 26025 and 26026 (Grease Racks) on Fort Hood, Texas. This project is for the renovation of Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility (TEMF), Building 26027 and surrounding structures within the fence line on Fort Hood, TX. This project will replace the failing HVAC system, repair interior and exterior finishes impacted by moisture/high humidity, refinish floors in the maintenance bays and administrative areas, renovate the building exterior, provide a Standing Seam Metal Roof (SSMR), and installation of a 10 ton crane. Renovations shall increase the life expectancy of the Tactical Equipment Maintenance Facility by 25-years. The Design-Build Contract will include both Design and Construction of the required renovation.
